Christopher Michael Benoit was born on May 21, 1967 in Canada. Two things that you observe about Chris Benoit which is its ring famous name, that he is quite simple and man of few words & great technical alive wrestler. After it in 1994, Chris went to win Super J Cup Tournament Smashing Black Tiger, Gedo and Great Sasuke in final matches defining himself as the world best and undefeated junior heavyweight in the world. After some time Chris left the New Japan and went to Mexico and Germany for some regional Heavyweight Championships including the WWF Heavyweight Championship. Chris Benoit WCW career from 1992 to 1993 was not much successful and he was not able to get any special title or momentum in this company. But he gains some respect from the American nation and get the attention of Paul Heyman.

In 1994 Chris Benoit signed the contract with ECW and become the successful team member of ECW. Where he change his appearance and become as Canadian Crippler just because of its violent style and an incident happen where he stuck out Rocco Rock with powerbomb through a table. Benoit crucial time begins when he as with Sabu on match and eventually Sabu take shot and broke his neck. Paul Haymen take the advantage of this situation and change the Benoit character making him brutal “wrestling machine” with no mercy for his opponents. In 1995 Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko won tag team Championship from Sabu and The Tazmaniac. Due to the mutual relationship between the NJPW and WCW Chris Benoit signed the contract with WCW in early 1996. But in WCW Benoit was not happy due to the management arrangement and he leave the company.
